Great Britain 1/3, 1/2 and 1 Farthing, and 1/2 Penny 1821 to 1831
Sounds like you have a farthing or similar coin from Great Britain, Steph. These coins all have King George IV on the front and Britannia on the back. You tell them apart by their size:
1/3 FARTHING: 15 mm diameter
1/2 FARTHING: 17 mm
FARTHING: 20 mm
1/2 PENNY: 27 mm
(PENNY: 32 mm)
This page applies to all except the penny. We have a separate page for pennies at this link.
