Germany Saxe Hildburghausen Heller 1804 to 1806
Germany Saxe Hildburghausen Heller 1804 to 1806

If you can find one of these old hellers in good condition, you are doing *really* well. Most every coin has been worn to nothing over the years. The one in our picture I'd call 'average circulated' which is usually the best you see.

worn: $5 US dollars catalog value
average circulated: $15
well preserved: $40
fully uncirculated: $100

Old coppers from the German States are generally not too valuable, and this one follows suit.

Use our Important Terminology page to convert these inflated catalog values to actual buy and sell values.
