Israel 10 Agorot 1960 to 1980
Israel minted these 10 agorot coins with the date palm between 1960 and 1980. They are made of aluminum bronze (1960 to 1980, see second picture), copper-nickel (1973 to 1979), and pure nickel (1980).
As modern coins made of non-precious metal, they are worth essentially face value unless fully uncirculated. A collector might pay a few US dollars for an uncirculated specimen.
The Standard Catalog of World coins shows a slight increase in collector pricing as the dates get older. For instance, between 1960 and 1964, coins in well preserved condition catalog for about one-half US dollar.
There is a CoinTalk thread about dating Israeli coins at this link (click here).

Requester description: on one side (reverse) there is a '10' written on 70% of the surface, and below it it is a bold writing (looks arab...); under the bold writing there is a smaller writing, I guess it should be the year first letter of this small writing is like '7', but 90 degree angle. The second character after that is '(quotes). (Obverse): a palm tree, situated a bit in the right half of the coin. The palm tree has 3 leafs on the right, 3 on the left, and one on top. From the base of the leafs there are hanging some....fruits?! one on the left side, one on the right, they look like long grapes. Thank you.
