Requester description: 1827 Laureate head on front reading 'CHARLES X ROI DE FRANCE' and under the head in cursive writing is I think 'N. Cartyn'. On the back within the wreath reads '10 cent.' and around the wreath reads 'COLONIES FRANCAISES' with some space and then I think a capital 'H' 10 cent.
