Token: US Mint Philadelphia (1789) 1971
These are US mint copper tokens, sold by the mint to its visitors and often re-sold on eBay and in gift shops. At the mint they sell for a few US dollars and are worth about that for all time. There is no real collector market for these items and they do not start with any real value and do not gain value over time.
There are many different patterns. This one sells on eBay for a few dollars.
