Norway 10 Ore and 25 Ore 1951 to 1957
Norway 10 Ore and 25 Ore 1951 to 1957

These coins are minted in copper nickel and therefore carry only face value for coins in worn and average circulated condition. Well preserved coins may sell to collectors around $1 or $2 US dollars. Butáuncirculated coins are hard to find, and here the price rises sharply.

The catalogue values for coins in fully uncirculated condition go like this:

10 ORE:
1951: $70 US dollars approximate catalog value
1952: $20
1953: $20
1954: $20
1955: $50
1956: $20
1957: $12

25 ORE:
1952: $30 US dollars approximate catalog value
1953: $40
1954: $35
1955: $75
1956: $30
1957: $20

Be sure to read the 'Important Terminology' page in the menu on the top left to understand what the term 'catalog value' means.
