Requester description: Front: Words wrap around the edge beginning at about 1 o'clock position and travelling clockwise to about 11 o'clock position. A bearded man, about 40-60 years old, with a short hair cut (possibly a comb-over)faces right and fills the center of the coin.

Back: A thick laurel wreath raps around the edges. The fronds almost meet at the top of the coin. At the bottom of the coin is a ribbon tied around the frond stems with four loops- the two on top overlap while the two on the bottom do not. The center contains the words.
