This coin is from Florence, Italy with Grand Duke Ferdinando I de Medici III, 1587-1608 on the front and the baptism of Christ on the back. Inscriptions read FERDINANDVS MED MAGN DVX ETRVRIĈ III and FILIVS MEVS DILECTVS. This is a rare piece.
