Medal: Ethiopia Haile Selassie 25th Anniversary of Coronation 1955

This medal, which comes in both gold and silver versions, celebrates the 25th anniversary of Haile Selassie's coronation as emperor of Ethiopia. The empress, Menen Asfaw, also known as Woizero Menen, appears on the medal with Selassie. Here are the stats:

SILVER: 28 grams, about 0.900 troy ounces

I have one of these. Both of my parents were civil servants, working for the Ethiopian Ministry of Education. The government handed out several of these in 1955 to the Civil Service. For them, it was free, and for me, it is absolutely uncirculated.
