These are one centavo coins minted by the second Mexican Republic in 1863. The seated Miss Liberty pattern is used only on coins dated 1863, with two mints: Mo (Mexico City) and SLP (San Luis Potosi). The values are about the same for both mints:
worn: $10 US dollars approximate catalog value
average circulated: $40
well preserved: $130
fully uncirculated: $500
Check the images of three coins to the right. The top (A) coin is in great condition, with plenty of detail and good eye appeal. It sold for $400 US dollars during a 2014 auction by Stacks Bowers and Ponterio. The (B) coin has lots of wear, but the pattern is fully defined and the eye appeal holds at 'nice coin.' The (B) coin sold for $130 during a 2011 auction. Requester Melv's coin appears at (C). The wear is substantial and that makes eye appeal of little importance. Melv's coin is probably worth $10 or so.
