This is a fine-looking coin from Romania made of nickel brass. The obverse (heads side) shows a young King Mihai I (ruled from 1927 to 1930) and the reverse (tails side) shows multiple figures standing together and holding hands. Some coins have an H or KN mint mark on the back, under the standing figures.
Approximate catalog values become substantial for coins in top-notch condition:
worn: $2 US dollar approximate catalog value
average circulated: $15
well preserved: $60
fully uncirculated: $120
Coins with KN mint marks are worth slightly more than these values. Coins without mint mark, or with H mint mark, are worth the values shown.
