Looks pretty real to me. And such a nice looking coin too.
The condition is nice, I would say between Circulated and above.

Value would be gold value minimum, and catalog price would be $20 above gold value.

Ash supplied the [coinquest.com] web reference, where it tells you the gold content is 0.196 troy ounces. Then you can look up on the Internet to find the current value of gold per troy ounce. It changes every day. Right now it is about $1316 US dollars per troy ounce, so 0.196 troy ounces is worth 0.196 x 1316 = $258.
