It would be a coin from Ancient Rome, circa 300-400 AD.

I can't make out the emperor as it is quite hard to see the face, inscriptions, or design, would it be possible to get any more clearer pictures of your coin. From what I can guess, it would be from one of the emperors from the Constantinian Era, and on the other side, it would usually depict a Roman deity.

I would estimate its value to be somewhere around $2-5 in its current condition.
