It looks, if genuine (i cannot verify it is) it may be a spainish cob. I cannot provide any more information.

I am uncertain if the coin is genuine in terms of its appearance, it could just be the silver metal be tarnished or worn down, or that it might not be made out of silver, in which case it be a fake. Best to wait for another opinion on the authenticity of the coin.
