Obtained this medal(?) along with a couple hundred other porcelain coins in 1957. Almost all from 1921 It is all white (hard to read) and is about 2 1/2' in diameter.

The link to the left shows a similar one to your porcelain coin, selling in a set of 3 for 35 Euros. I would estimate based on that, for your item to be valued somewhere around $5-10 USD.
