Quite puzzling, your coin has the face of Pope Gregory XVI, but on the other side, it has the design of a British Florin. I included two links to the left of this post to show the different designs.

As I am not an expert in authentication, I would just say that it can either be by some rare chance a mint error, that somehow a Papal coin and a British coin was struck on the same blank, or that it is a modern tourist fake, in which case it is worth very little.

Perhaps someone else here can give more information about this?
