The year dates are given only when a coin made in a particular year is more valuable then the usual one. If it is not mentioned, it would not have significant higher value then the other 'common years'.

This would be the rough valuation for such a coin as the one pictured. I would personally put it around $1-2 USD, depending on the exact collector.
