Question: Genuine?

Hello there,
Looking forward to get some thoughts on this 1695 osella (venice) as picture wise, i'm not sure it looks genuine or not so whatever you feel about the item is welcomed. Here's a link to compare it:

Thanks!

I dunno, Paul. Here is another one for comparison. It comes from Numismatica ARS Classica and weighs 9.53 grams. Another in the same database weighs 9.81 grams.

The second image is a photoshopped side-by-side. I am sure you are bothered, as I am, about the unnatural appearance of the surfaces on your coin. If I squint and talk to myself, I can see differences in pattern that may be significant.

The ARS Classica coin sold for $2500 US dollars during a 2009 auction.

The coin is not actually mine but i was planning on buying it. It indeed looks suspicious and i had a fair share of forgeries this year so i'm going to say no to this one. Also the seller is playing the i don't know card which doesn't help me at all.If genuine it'd be a great item to have but maybe next time.As usual i'm grateful for your thoughts!
