This is actually a coin, with denomination 2 gulden (same as 2 florin) and 0.714 troy ounces silver. It was struck to celebrate the 25th wedding anniversary of Emperor Franz Joseph I and Empress Elisabeth. Their co-joined busts are on the obverse. It is listed as an 'unusual coin' because normal 2 florin have a different pattern.
