Maria Theresa, sometimes spelled Theresia, ruled Austria from 1740 to 1780. Half her reign was joint with husband Franz I and, after his death, with her son Joseph II. There are many, many silver coins issued with Maria's likeness and inscriptions, the most common, by far, the 1780 thaler described at this CoinQuest link [Press Here].
Han has a 20 kreuzer coin, indicated by the encircled 20 under the double-headed eagle. There were several such denominations issued, and some use Roman numerals to indicate denomination. All have basically the same inscriptions ARCHID AUST DUX BURG and MARIA THERESIA, with several different variations. This page attempts to summarize the different denominations for dates between 1741 and 1779. Only coins with the double-headed eagle are addressed here. There are other patterns during this time period, but this page does not apply to them.
If you have a nice-looking specimen, it will be best to consult a knowledgeable collector or coin dealer for a first-hand evaluation. BTW, Han, the hole in your coin will render it almost worthless. Collectors do not buy coins with holes in them.
The coin in our photo is a nicely toned specimen from Munzenhandlung Brom in Berlin. Brom's coin has excellent eye appeal and little wear. It is on sale for 50 euros, about $62 US dollars. CoinQuest thanks Munzenhandlung Brom for use of their coin photo.
