One of Canada's beautiful Maritime Provinces on the eastern coast, New Brunswick started minting its own coinage in 1843. The 5, 10, and 20 cent silver coins started in 1862 and were minted until New Brunswick's coining ended in 1864.
These are fairly valuable coins and are extremely difficult to find in uncirculated condition. This is readily seen in the catalog values below. The coins come in only two dates, 1862 and 1864 and both are about equal in value.
