That bird is the falcon emblem of Egypt's United Arab Repbulic. These coins were minted with similar patterns in various metals. To figure out what you have got, use the table of eastern Arabic numerals to get the date and the denomination.

Each coin has two dates, one in the Western Gregorian calendar, the other in Islamic Hijri calendar.
