Hi Marcy -- You have a set of art rounds or silver medallions produced by the North American Fishing Club. Each round contains one troy ounce of silver and is therefore worth its weight in silver. For a general description of art rounds, click to this CoinQuest page.
To find the value of one of your medals, look up the current price of silver on web sites such as kitco.com. At the current time, silver is selling at $33 US dollars per troy ounce, but tomorrow it will be different. It changes every day.
The problem with art rounds is that they are often sold at prices far exceeding their value. You might see a set of 24 fishing rounds on sale for $1500 when, in fact, it is only worth it silver value: (today) 24 x 33 = $792. The fancy, velvet-lined presentation box, the protective plastic capsules, and the important-looking Certificates of Authentication are worth nothing. If you can find an avid fisherman, he or she might pay a little more than silver value. But coin collectors in general are a pretty unsentimental bunch; they want the silver, nothing more.
Now, on the bright side, if you bought your set when silver was trading at $5 an ounce (not that long ago), you can sell your coins at a handsome profit.
