Token US Downright Neighborly Detroit 1976

That was a big building back in 1934. Not so much today. This medal was one of many made during America's bicentennial in 1976.

Value of these medals is a tad more than normal. The design is quite spiffy, the 'downright neighborly' slogan is quite endearing, and not too many were made.
