Italy Venice Armata and Morea Soldo and Gazzetta 1688 to 1692
Armata and Morea were names of regions of Greece during the Middle Ages. The winged lion on the front represents Saint Mark of the Bible. These coins come in two denominations: 1 soldo and 2 soldi (a I or II under the line), and 2 soldi were called a gazzetta.
