Congo Belgian 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 Centimes 1906 to 1928

Coins with the distinctive radiant star pattern were issued in the Belgian Congo between 1909 and 1928. Some are made of copper, others of copper-nickel, but all carry the radiant star on the front and an encircled star-like pattern on the back. This page applies to all such coins.
