Austria 1/4, 1/2, 1, and 3 Kreutzer 1812

Austria issued this series of copper kreutzer coins only in 1812. That is Franz II, Holy Roman Emperor on the front. Franz was also emperor of Austria where he was known as Franz I. The curly spiral pattern on the back is unique to the 1812 date.
