The picture is the one Madis specified. There are two different design varieties for the bust on the 1723 rouble. One coin is known under the catalog reference KM# 162.2. Madis' coin, however, is a different variety known as KM# 162.3. Both are valuable:
worn: $350 US dollars approximate catalog value
average circulated: $1500
well preserved: $3000
Madis' coin is quite rare, but has unfortunately been through a lot. There is some pitting and heavy scratching on the obverse, some scratching on the reverse, some severe nicks in the rim, and a lot of wear on both sides. In addition, as he mentions, the coin has been fitted for jewelry usage, which has damaged the rim even further.
Madis, your coin would catalog around $350 USD without the problems. With the problems, the value drops, but as this is quite a rare coin, it will still be considered collectible by many. A rough but realistic estimate may be $125 or so.
