Austria Dr. Theodor Billroth Commemorative 2 Schilling 1929
Dr. Theodor Billroth was a prominent abdominal surgeon who lived in 19th century Austria, and the year of 1929 would have been his 100th birthday if he had still been alive. To commemorate the occasion, these pretty silver coins were minted.

The coin in our image was sold by the auction company Stack's for $60 in a 2008 auction.
