Italy (Naples) 5, 10, 20, 60, and 120 Grana 1831 to 1859

Ferdinando II was ruler of Naples between 1830 and 1859. His likeness appears on all these silver coins, but the portrait changes somewhat over the years. The inscriptions stay the same. This page applies to coins that look like our picture and have the same insciptions, but with different grana denominations. Thanks to Steve Album Rare Coins in Santa Rosa, CA USA for use of his coin image. It is a nice specimen in almost uncirculated condition that sold for $130 US dollars in a 2013 auction.
