Maximilian III Joseph (MAX IOS) ruled in the old German State of Bavaria between 1745 and 1777, He issued these 10 and 20 kreuzer coins in silver during that time, and the pattern was picked up by several of his predecessors and in neighboring states. The 'denomination within pedestal' appears on many coins of the period. The reverse inscription IN DEO CONSILIUM means 'In God's plan.'
Most of these coins you see today are pretty well beat up. If you can find one in good condition, you have a nice collectible with decent value. Here is what the catalogs say. All dates within the specified ranges carry roughly the same value. Note also that values depend on the diameter of the coin in some cases.
