This is a modern 10 baisa coin from the Sultanate of Oman. It's an F.A.O. (Food and Agriculture Organization) commemorative coin and was only struck for a single year - 1975. Remember that the Arabic character for 5 looks like an oval with a slight teardrop shape. 1975AD on the Western (Gregorian) calendar is 1395 on the Islamic calendar. That's the date your see on the coin.
Collectors aren't interested in circulated coins, but if you can find a beautiful specimen in fully uncirculated condition, you may be able to sell it for a couple dollars to a collector keen to add it to his or her collection. There is another 10 baisa coin from Oman with the same date, but that coin has the national arms of Oman (two small versions of the arms can be seen on either coin type, on the side with the date) instead of the two palm trees. Values are the same for both types.
