Egypt 25 Piastres 1993

Singh, you have 25 Piastres from Egypt dated 1413AH or 1993AD. The numismatic value is low. A collector would pay, perhaps, $2 US dollars for a coin in uncirculated condition, like the one in our photograph.

You can make out the denomination and date if you know eastern Arabic numerals. The '25' shows in these numerals at the top of the side with '25 pt' and the dates show on the other side. 1413 is an Islamic Hijri date (AH) which are about 600 years earlier than Gregorian (AD) dates.
