Emmanuel, that cool animal on your coin is a pampas cat. They are wild cats, but look a lot like our common house cats. They are native to Argentina, where these coins are from. The legend of REPUBLICA ARGENTINA supports this.

These coins are modern and very common. Circulated specimens are worth face value, 5 centavos, in Argentina. If you have a fully uncirculated coin with nice eye appeal, a collector may buy it for a few US dollars.

The coins dated 1985 are a bit thicker than the later ones, but the value remain as above.
