These are very modern coins from Honduras. The cool Native American on the reverse is Chief Lempira, who was a 16th century war chieftain of the Lencas, an indigenous people of Honduras and El Salvador. There is still about a hundred thousand Lencas living in Honduras today.
Values for these coins are very low. The face value of these coins, 20 Honduran cents, are equal to less than one US cent. Any visibly circulated coin will be worth just this - a penny.
If you have a coin that is fully uncirculated, or even a slightly circulated coin that is very well preserved with great eye-appeal, you might be able to sell it to an interested collector for around one US dollar.
