Apparently these tokens are 'donation receipts' issued to raise money for the up-and-coming Nazi regime in mid-to-late 1930s Germany. Translating:
ERNEUERER HEIL DEUTSCHLANDS = REVOLUTIONIZER HEALING GERMANY
ACH ICH HAB MITGEHOLFEN = OH I HAVE HELPED VICTIMS
OPFERSPENDE = SACRIFICIAL DONATION
Information about these pieces is sketchy. You cannot find them on the normal, reputable coin sites, but they appear from time to time on less-traveled historical sites and discussion forums.
We present here our best guess as to origins and value.
The tokens come in 30 and 50 pfennig and 1 mark denominations. There are no dates on the tokens. You find them today in either worn or almost uncirculated condition, indicating that the worn tokens were popular early in the Nazi campaign but rapidly became obsolete later, after the Nazi take-over, which lead to a bunch of unused (uncirculated) pieces. The patterns on the worn and uncirculated tokens are identical, coming from the same dies and minting processes. They were probably minted between 1935 and 1940.
As to value, we can find no reputable auction or dealer pricing in our reference material or professional numismatic databases. If you look around the Internet you can find claims of very high pricing (over $100 US dollars), but these prices are probably bogus. CoinQuest believes reasonable pricing would be:
worn: $5 US dollars approximate catalog value
almost uncirculated: $20
