Add a $10 premium for coins dated 1846.
With 'little or no wear' and in a plastic holder your coin may, in fact, be fully uncirculated. It would certainly lean toward the $150 number. The coin in our picture is average circulated and a little dark. Catalog value for this coin would be about $50.
