These tokens were produced by a private mint sometime during the mid 1900s, probably 1963 because number 1 in the series is John and Jacqueline Kennedy. The private mint does not advertise very much, and we have been unable to determine exactly who produced these items. There are several different patterns, each showing a president and the first lady, with dates and significant accomplishment. The artistry, the quality of manufacture, and the style of holder all point to mid-1900 production. They appear mostly in gold-colored base metal, although I have seen silver base metal as well.
A Google search for 'President-First Lady Token Series' produces many hits, most of which are on eBay. As is often the case, the eBay reserve is way too high for a modern, base-metal token, so they never sell.
One, however, did sell recently for $5 US dollars, and it was in nice condition, but without a holder. From this single data point, plus our knowledge of similar mid-1900 presidential tokens, CoinQuest's estimate of value is:
worn: less than $1 US dollar approximate catalog value
average circulated: $1
well preserved: $3
fully uncirculated: $10
