The Quit India Movement called for the orderly removal of British influence in India. These coins are two of many commemorative rupees issued by India in recent times. You can see a page full of them over at World Coin Gallery. The rupees are low-value, but the Quit India rupee is slightly more valuable than most others:
RUPEE (QUIT INDIA)
worn: less than $1 US dollar approximate catalog value
average circulated: less than $1
well preserved: $1
fully uncirculated: $4
The 100 rupee coin is made of 50 percent pure silver. Genuine coins contain 0.562 troy ounces of the precious metal. At, say, a silver price of $15 US dollars per troy ounce, the base value (BV) is 0.562 x 15 = $8.40.
100 RUPEES (QUIT INDIA)
circulated: BV
fully uncirculated: BV + $10
Be careful about counterfeits of the 100 rupees. There is a good summary of this fake at World of Coins.
