These aluminum coins come from the Democratic Republic of Germany (the old East Germany) and are dated between 1948 and 1950. They are very common in worn condition, but quite rare if fully uncirculated. The price, no surprise, spikes up as condition improves. Some dates and mint marks are more valuable than others.
