These tokens can be found in mint sets that were issued by the Leningrad Mint between 1962 and 1991. The tokens are made of aluminum bronze and vary in size and weight. Some tokens are round while others are square. A rendition of the Lengingrad (now St. Petersburg) mint appears on one side.
Since they hold no monetary value and exist solely to indicate what mint a particular coin set was produced at, they are normally worth less than $1 US dollars. You might find a fully uncirculated example selling on eBay for as much as $3.
