Even though it looks old, this is a modern token from the Royal Hawaiian Mint, a private mint in Hawaii. Sometimes you see these tokens plated with gold, but they are all made out of bronze.
You can purchase one new from the mint for $50 or so. However, on the secondary market, the value is a small fraction of that:
worn: $1 US dollar approximate catalog value
average circulated: $2
well preserved: $4
fully uncirculated: $8
If you want to buy one of these neat tokens, you are wise to see if you can pick one up on eBay before buying directly from the mint.
If you want to sell your token to a coin dealer, the dealer would probably offer you a few dollars for it.
