Hi Carl -- That's a 5 mazunas coin from Morocco. The 1330 date is the Mohammedan Hejira date. These dates are annotated using the abbreviation AH (Anno Hegirae), starting when Mohamed was alive around 622 AD. Converting 1330 to a Western date, factoring in that Mohammedan years have 354 days, you get 1911.

Morocco is not very keen on issuing coins with reliable dates. I know of one coin they issue with a 1371 date that was in fact produced in the 1970s.

The denomination shows inside the five-pointed star. All the denominations are about equal in value, so the main variable is the amount of wear on the coin. As always, damage to the coin, such as scratches, stains, cleanings, gouges, nicks, and the like will lower value to almost zero.
