That's King Francis II of Austria, NL, on your 3 kreuzer coin. Austria minted these only in 1799 and 1800 in 1, 3, and 6 kreuzer denominations. The patterns are the same, except, of course, for the number in the oval on the reverse. You can see the mint mark under the king's bust.
As old copper coins go, these are fairly valuable, especially when in good condition. The coin in our picture is in average circulated condition. Better preserved, the coin is worth more. More wear means less value. Also, if spots, staings, nicks, scratches, and cleanings are on the coin, its value goes way down.
