Chet has one of the several denomination Groszy coins minted by Poland in 1923. All the coins have basically the same pattern of the bird, and the other sides vary the pattern to depict the specific denomination. These coins are minted in nickel. A corresponding set of coins with denomination 1 grosz, 2 grosze, and 5 groszy were minted in bronze with substantially different reverse sides.
For the 10, 20, and 50 Groszy coins, all their values are about one or two US dollars in average circulated condition. Fully uncirculated, the values rise to a few dollars.
