It's gotta be an old 1/2 kopek from Imperial Russia, Chet. Those are Russian letters and they don't translate very well to Latin letters! There is a 1/4 kopek that looks very similar.
A 1/2 kopek is called a Denga and a 1/4 kopek is called a Polushka.
Value-wise, these are not expensive coins. Typical values for average circulated pieces (like our picture) run from a few US dollars to maybe $10 catalog value. In fully uncirculatd condition, the value rises toward $30. These values apply to all dates, but the earlier dates (1894 and 1895) and the later dates (1909 and 1910) on the 1/4 kopek are slightly more valuable.
There is one coin that stands out as very valuable. According to the catalogs, a 1916 1/4 kopek catalogs over $500 in fully uncirculated condition.
