This is a copper dragon coin from the Chinese Province of Fukien on the southeastern coast. The Krause catalog (KM Y# 97.1) indicates that there are two versions, one with F K CUSTOM HOUSE and one with FOO KIEN CUSTOM, with the former (pictured) the more common. Krause reports these approximate catalog values:
FK CUSTOM HOUSE
worn: $4 US dollars catalog value
average circulated: $8
well preserved: $25
fully uncirculated: $65
FOO KIEN CUSTOM
worn: $150 US dollars catalog value
average circulated: $250
well preserved: $450
fully uncirculated: $1000
So you see there is quite a difference between these two when it comes to value.
