Malaysia Straits Settlements 1/4, 1/2, and 1 Cent 1845

This coin is from Straits Settlements, which was under British rule in 1845. Now it is known as West Malaysia, with its major city Singapore, on the Malay Peninsula of Asia. The British East India Company issued coinage for this region until 1900.
