Hello Matti -- These coins were minted in 50 centavos and 1 escudo denominations, both with the same design except fo the size and reverse inscription. Most of these old coins from Portugal are not worth very much, but there are a few *good dates* and we hope you have one of those.
These coins are minted in copper nickel, so there is no precious metal in them. We list values for the common date coins, then address the good dates.
