This is a replica (i.e., a counterfeit) of an old Bohemian coin known as the Joachimstaler. Saint (Sanctvs) Joachim (Ioachim), according to Catholic tradition, was the father of Mary, mother of Jesus. He is shown on the front. A lion of Bohemia, the old traditional Czech lands, is shown on the back.
These replica coins were produced in modern times and carry essentially no value. A genuine Joachim Thaler, seen on this Wikipedia page is worth a bundle.
